As an organization, our goal is to bring Early Intervention services to families throughout our service area, regardless of race, religion, or socioeconomic status. We are committed to being a part of the support system for families that are marginalized, and we will do everything we can to make systemic racism a thing of the past.
Chores are a wonderful opportunity to practice following verbal directions. Toddlers don’t know that chores are not typically a fun thing to do, so make them into a play experience that includes the whole family! The act of cleaning up books and toys when your child is done playing with them is a great way to help with transitions.
